Lakhou Thiakhane is a very popular dish in Senegal.

Ingredients are Millet (Sankhal), Raw peanut powder(Noflaye), Dried fish (Guedj, Ketiakh), Pagne, Netetu, cowpea flour, and White Hisbiscus.

 

Boil 1L of water (33.814 OZ), Pour in the Lakhou Thiakhane. Cook for 20 mins while stirring the pot.
